Dining at Casa de Campo is an exciting journey through the tastes of the island and the delicious flavours of the Dominican Republic. Professional chefs prepare everything from a delicious breakfast buffet to world class, five star meals. Experience the al fresco dining or the perfectly attentive service in the fine dining rooms at Casa de Campo.

Minitas Beach Club & Restaurant is the perfect combination of Mediterranean cuisine set in a luxurious yacht club environment. It's located on the famous Minitas Beach, with sweeping views of the sand and surf. Between the pool deck and open-air lounge, it's a breezy way to have a casual meal. Family style dining is available, with cuisine that blends the flavours of Latin America with the Mediterranean. Rotating Chef's Specialties highlight seasonal fruits and vegetables from the islands, with freshly caught seafood as the main event. The menu is casual, featuring delicate herbs and spices and rich, bold flavours. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, including late night dining until midnight. Pro Tip: try to make it here around sunset – it's one of the best views on the island. This restaurant is not included in the Inclusive Experience package and meal supplement nor in the Casa Inclusive Package.

La Caña is the perfect place to stop for a light lunch or snacks as you move from one exciting Casa de Campo activity to another. The restaurant offers midday small plates and fuller menus for lunch and dinner. Rich flavors of the Mediterranean are artfully served in light bites and sharable appetizers. You can even enjoy light plates poolside, from 10 am until sunset. Meals are included in the Casa de Campo Inclusive Experience, so you'll enjoy having plenty of opportunities to try everything on the menu, including the special MasterCard tasting menu, featuring seasonal ingredients with a delicate touch.

La Piazzetta is located in the authentic replication of a quaint Italian village, Altos de Chavón. The Italian bistro features handmade pasta, rich Italian wines, and the perfect setting for a romantic dinner. Lunch is served only during peak season – otherwise, there are limited dinner hours, and reservations are recommended. Dress nicely – collard shirts for men. Dining at La Piazzetta is included in the Casa de Campo Inclusive Experience, so make sure to take advantage of the resort's nanny services if you're traveling as a family – it's well worth a date night. The tasting menu featuring traditional Italian courses, including antipasto and pasta, isn't' one to be missed.

Lago Restaurant is your first stop for delicious breakfast to fuel your day. Enjoy a made to order omelet or fresh fruit from the islands on the breakfast buffet. You can choose freshly made pastries while watching the sun rise over the World Famous Teeth of the Dog and the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy breakfast and lunch, and dinner during prime season. Dine al fresco and enjoy watching the golfers on the Teeth of the Dog, or relax in a casual atmosphere with the whole family. Te cuisine is Dominican-inspired, so you'll be able to have a full, rich experience of the island. Meals here are included in the Casa de Campo Vacation Experience.

La Casita Spend time at te Case de Campo Marina and enjoy dining at La Casita, a Spanish inspired restaurant overlooking the gentle waves of the dock. Paella is the specialty here, but you'll experience the freshest seafood you've ever tasted – you'll swear it's caught right off the dock you''re overlooking, and you won't be far wrong. The cuisine is focused on shareable tapas and traditional Spanish flavors. Watching the sun sink below the waves, surrounded by luxury yachts and fellow mariners, you'll want to stay for a long time. If you choose a day excursion on a chartered yacht, make sure to return in time for dinner. Meals here are included in the Casa de Campo Inclusive Experience.

Pubbelly Sushi is a perfect spot if you want something light and refreshing – a welcome break from the powerful Latin American and Mediterranean flavors of other Casa de Campo restaurants. Te Japanese anime murals and funky atmosphere are the perfect settings for a light, fresh tour of Aisa. Your meals here are included in the Casa de Campo Inclusive Experience, so be sure to take the time for specialty seafood tacos, freshly rolled sushi, and screamingly fresh sashimi. The MasterCard tasting menu isn't one to be missed, featuring only the freshest ingredients and innovations.

SBG is the place to go for casual elegance and occasional live music. Located waterside on the Marina, it features crisp salads, Nigiri sushi, delecable Spanish tapas, and handmade, indulgent asta dishes. It's the perfect place to dine after a long day on the water, whether paddle-boarding and snorkeling or enjoying a Casa de Campo yacht charter. Don't let the yachty club atmosphere fool you. The menu includes Waygu beef, Churrasco, and aged ribeye. It's truly the place where you can indulge and refuel after a long day on your chartered Casa de Campo yacht. Its' lunch and dinner only, and the hours are short, so if you want the piquant taste of Cataline, plan accordingly.

Epicure is the latest venture fro Casa de Campo, the elite all-inclusive Dominican Republic resort. When you're enjoying yourself at the private Minitas Beach, grab a quick lunch form the Dominican inspired food truck. Epicure. It's catered by the executive Chefs at Casa de Campo and degrees for easy beach noshes. It's usually on the beach from noon till 4am, but when there are special events at the resort, expect to see it there too. You can have everything from a fresh salad or refreshing ceviche to a hearty burger taco, or sandwich.

Although Casa de Campo offers a wide variety of expertly prepared meals, snacks, and delicious handcrafted cocktails, sometimes you'd like to try something new, off the resort. You may spend the day exploring the island and take in one of the local restaurants. These places aren't part of your inclusive resort package, but they do meet the resort's high standards for a great guest experience.

LIMONCELLO is located on the Casa de Campo Marina, a perfect spot to dine on pizza and Italian cuisine after a long day excursion on a chartered yacht. It's open from noon til midnight.

La Enoteca is a winery offering fine liqueurs and an elegant experience. It's located on the Casa de Campo Marina as well and provides a unique taste of the islands.

Café Marietta is located off the picturesque Chavón Plaza square in the quaint village of Altos de Chavón. It's a gastropub featuring Italian cuisine, and open from noon til 1 am. The al fresco seating makes it ideal for a late night date or post-club snack.

La Cantina Latin Bistro is located in Altos de Chavón and offers a menu featuring Dominican Republic cuisine, as well as states from other Latin American countries. Experience all the flavors of South America after a day of boutique shopping in the scenic village. It's open from 11 am to 11 pm.

Le Boulanger is the perfect spot for a quick cup of coffee and something sweet while you spend the day exploring the village of Altos de Chavón. It's open from 7 am til 7 pm.

Fresh Fresh Café is where you should eat if you love light, organic, healthy meals. The cuisine is sourced from the island but features only the freshest ingredients and clean flavors. It's open from 8 am til 7 pm.

Onno's – dine, dance, and let loose. There's light international fare for lunch and dinner, and on the weekends, a DJ dance party. It's where you can stop for a quick bite after clubbing in Altos de Chavón.

Le Café de Paris is a simple, al fresco café offering gourmet coffee, lattes, and delicious homemade ice cream. It's open from 9 am til 9 pm and located in Altos de Chavón.

Monaco Bar is a champagne bar located in Altos de Chavón. Come here for a sophisticated environment and only the finest wines.
