Please Note:
**Puerto Vallarta is a very popular destination and there are many new properties being built. Casa Yvonneka has a nearby construction site, a few blocks away down the hill. Noise is very minimal however it does change part of the view.
**This villa has 14 bedrooms and this is the 11 bedroom rate, upon arrival you can choose whichever 11 bedrooms you like and the other bedrooms are simply locked off during the stay. The entire villa is still private for your group**
