The interior dining room sits adjacent to the unique kitchen area. Divided into two rooms, half the space is devoted to a gorgeous chef's kitchen with a flat-screen TV. The other half is a fabulous gathering space with a bar and seating. A cozy al fresco dining area sits in the courtyard just off the bar. Deep covered terraces and open sundecks surround the house, the main pool and the lap pool. Comfortable lounges and dining spaces abound.
The four equal size bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Two sit on each end of the villa. The decor creates a serene atmosphere blending designer touches and art; neutral tones of beige, brown, black or grey and white with individual pops of rich color. Each room has private seating, sea views and beautiful spa-style bathrooms in travertine, stone and wood. Three bathrooms have private outdoor showers; one has a sea view.
Although secluded, you are close to amenities. It's a short drive to Plum Bay Beach and to Baie Nettles new culinary stars; Le Sand, Dreams and Mezza Luna. You are five minutes to the airport. In 10 minutes you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings and Creole Market.
